Although we do not have a physical store, we do have a small store front located in our office in Scottsdale, AZ for local customers to try on and purchase our sunglasses.

Our customer service team works during office hours, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (MST). We aim to reply to your query on the same day, but please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

Orders

Bummer! Unfortunately, because of shipping logistics, payment processing, and a bunch of other business jargon, we cannot apply a discount code after a purchase has been finalized. The good news is that you can still make use of the discount code on your next order.


If you placed an order by mistake or need to cancel for any reason, we're here to help. Just let us know, and we'll do our best to cancel your order and refund your payment. However, please note that our fulfillment team starts on orders quickly, so sometimes we can't cancel in time.

Keep in mind it might take some time for the refund to show up in your account, depending on your bank.

If you realize that you have entered the wrong billing address for your order, don't worry. As long as your order has been successfully processed and confirmed, we do not need to update the billing address.

Returns

To begin the return process for your purchase, locate your order number and visit our return portal and complete the following steps:

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your return request.

If you encounter any issues or have any questions during this process, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

We don't offer exchanges, but we do offer free returns for store credit. You'll receive a gift card that you can use to purchase something you like better.

As long as items are in their original condition and packaging, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or store credit (if requested). Mail-in and in-person Happy Bar returns have a $5 shipping label fee, which is waived if you choose a store credit refund.

If you'd like to start a return, please visit our Return Portal.

When opting for the Happy Bar return option, refunds are processed immediately. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

For mail-in returns, please allow at least 3-5 business days from the delivery to our warehouse for processing of the return.

You will always receive an email from us confirming the refund has been processed. 

US Shipping


If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please let us know right away with the correct info. It's important to contact us quickly because whether we can change the address depends on how far along your order is in our process. If it hasn't shipped yet, our customer service team can update it for you.

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number, so you can see where it is until it gets to you.

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it yet, it might be a carrier issue. Packages often show up a few days after the delivery confirmation. Please wait 3 business days to see if it arrives.

If it still doesn't show up after 3 business days, reach out to us. We'll follow up with you by email to help sort things out and discuss reshipping your order if needed.

Every single package is protected against theft, damage, and carrier mishandling to ensure your goods arrive safe and sound. 

Once your order has been placed and processed (24-48 hours), you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Prescription Glasses

Our prescription glasses are custom-made just for you to ensure top quality. It usually takes about 10-14 business days to get them ready before we ship them out. Remember, that's business days, not calendar days. Once your glasses are on their way, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

We know how important it is to get your glasses quickly and we appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your order. 

All prescription purchases can be returned within 30 days to receive a full refund via our portal.

 There is a $10 restocking fee for prescription eyewear returns. If store credit is picked, the $10 restocking fee is waived.

International Orders


International orders shipped with economy shipping typically take up to 20 days to arrive. Please note that tracking may not update in real time with this shipping option but that does not mean that the package is not on its way to you.

No, we do not cover customs duties. Customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are determined by the local customs office. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an order.

To return an international order, you will need to initiate the return process at our dedicated return center. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We do ship to most countries, however, there are a few that we are unable to send to.

Please note that international shipments can take up to 20 days.

If you chose the Economy Shipping option at checkout, the tracking will not be updating in real time. Don't worry, this does not mean the package is not on its way to you. If you do not receive your order in 20 business days please reach out to our support team so they can help. 

WMP Rewards

You can utilize a maximum of 2000 points in a single redemption

You can accumulate points over time as long as your account remains active, and they will not expire. However, accounts that have not made a purchase for a year or more are considered inactive. In such cases, accumulated points will be deducted, and the balance will reset to zero.

To keep your points active, make sure to make at least one purchase every 12 months!
