Our customer service team works during office hours, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (MST) and is available by live chat or text during these hours. Live chat can be accessed by clicking the chat bubble in the lower right corner of your screen while browsing our help center. We can be reached by text at 623-263-7986.

We aim to reply to your query on the same day, but please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

Although we do not have a physical store, we do have a small store front located in our office in Scottsdale, AZ for local customers to try on and purchase our sunglasses.

Orders

If you placed an order by mistake or need to cancel for any reason, we're here to help. Just let us know, and we'll do our best to cancel your order and refund your payment. However, please note that our fulfillment team starts on orders quickly, so sometimes we can't cancel in time.

Keep in mind it might take some time for the refund to show up in your account, depending on your bank.

If you realize that you have entered the wrong billing address for your order, don't worry. As long as your order has been successfully processed and confirmed, we do not need to update the billing address.

Please send us a photo of the wrong item you received. Once we have that, we'll make sure to get the correct product sent to you right away.

Once your order has been placed and processed (24-48 hours), you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Returns

To start a return, please visit our Return Portal.

As long as items are in their original condition and packaging, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or store credit (if requested). Mail-in and in-person Happy Bar returns have a shipping label fee, which is waived if you choose a store credit refund.

Store credit is issued and available to use as soon as your return is dropped off at a Happy Returns location, or received by our returns team if you choose to mail-in your item(s).

Return Fees (waived if you opt for store credit):

  • Regular sunglasses and accessories: $5.99
  • Prescription eyewear under $300: $9.99
  • Due to the custom nature of prescription eyewear $300+, the return processing fee is $29.99

Please note: Shipping charges and Green Shipping Protection are non-refundable.

To provide our customers with more flexibility returning items this holiday season, we are offering returns beyond the normal 30 day return window for purchases made between 11/24/24-12/20/24:

  • Items purchased between Nov. 24-Dec. 20 are eligible for return up until January 31, 2025
  • Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or store credit (if requested). Mail-in and in-person Happy Bar returns have a shipping label fee, which is waived if you choose a store credit refund.
  • Store credit is issued and available to use as soon as your return is dropped off at a Happy Returns location, or received by our returns team if you choose to mail-in your item(s).

We don't offer exchanges, but we do offer free returns for store credit. You'll receive a gift card that you can use to purchase something you like better.

When opting for the Happy Bar return option, refunds are processed immediately. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. Store credit is issued right away, with no processing period.

For mail-in returns, please allow at least 3-5 business days from the delivery to our warehouse for processing of the return.

Returns for store credit is the fastest option, as store credit refunds do not have a processing period. Store credit is issued and available to use as soon as your return is dropped off at a Happy Returns location, or received by our returns team if you choose to mail-in your item(s).

US Shipping

Domestic Shipping

We offer USPS first class mail shipping for $5.99 which takes 4-6 business days. We also offer 2-3 business day Fedex Express shipping that is $11.99.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders over $65 via USPS First Class. Excludes Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

All of our orders are shipped from Scottsdale, Arizona.  

Once your order is placed please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. If your order was placed on a weekend, processing begins the following Monday or business day. For prescription eyewear, please allow 10-14 business days to process your order.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please let us know right away with the correct info. It's important to contact us quickly because whether we can change the address depends on how far along your order is in our process. If it hasn't shipped yet, our customer service team can update it for you.

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number, so you can see where it is until it gets to you.

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it yet, it might be a carrier issue. Packages often show up a few days after the delivery confirmation. Please wait 3 business days to see if it arrives.

If it still doesn't show up after 3 business days, reach out to us. We'll follow up with you by email to help sort things out and discuss reshipping your order if needed.

Shipping Plus is our upgraded shipping option which includes Corso shipping protection. Every order placed with Corso (Shipping Plus) is protected against theft, damage, and carrier mishandling to ensure your goods arrive safe and sound.

We ship from Scottsdale, Arizona.

We offer Standard International Shipping and FedEx International Express shipping services. Below are the rates and estimated delivery times for both options, depending on your country. 

The standard international shipping rates are based on the weight of your package and will be calculated at checkout. All shipments include tracking for peace of mind. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us!

No, we do not cover customs duties. Customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are determined by the local customs office. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an order.

To return an international order, you will need to initiate the return process at our dedicated return center. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item using the carrier of your choice.

We do ship to most countries, however, there are a few that we are unable to send to.

Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, & United Kingdom.

If you chose the Economy Shipping option at checkout, the tracking will not be updating in real time. Don't worry, this does not mean the package is not on its way to you. If you do not receive your order in 17 business days please reach out to our support team so they can help.

If your tracking is not updating for 9 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.

Prescription Glasses

Our prescription glasses are custom-made just for you to ensure top quality. It usually takes about 10-14 business days to get them ready before we ship them out. Remember, that's business days, not calendar days. Once your glasses are on their way, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

We know how important it is to get your glasses quickly and we appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your order. 

All prescription purchases can be returned within 30 days to receive a full refund via our portal.

There is a $9.99 restocking fee for prescription eyewear returns. If store credit is picked, the $9.99 restocking fee is waived.

PD stands for Pupillary Distance, which is the distance between the centers of your pupils. It is important to enter an accurate PD measurement when purchasing prescription glasses to ensure proper vision.

If your PD is not listed on the prescription details given to you at your last eye exam, we recommend contacting your eye doctor to confirm your PD.


Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA card to purchase prescription eyewear! Please see our Flex HSA/FSA Payments section for more information.

Referral Program

Give $20, get $20!

After signing up for our referral program, you will be given a unique referral link to share with your friends and family. When your friends shop using your referral link, they receive a $20 off coupon code to use within 30 days. After they complete their qualifying purchase, you will receive an email with your $20 off coupon code.

Your referred friend will need to make a purchase with a subtotal of $40 USD (after any applied discounts). Subtotal does not include tax or shipping.

If your referral link is not working, it is most likely because you and your referred friend are using the same Wi-Fi connection. Ask your friend to disconnect from Wi-Fi and try their purchase again. If the issue persists, please email us at [email protected].

You should receive an email with your $20 coupon code within 3 business days of your referred friend making a qualifying purchase of $40+ (subtotal after discounts, before tax & shipping).

After your referred friend makes their qualifying purchase and you receive your $20 coupon code, your code will be valid for 30 days.

Nope! Your referral link is yours to share indefinitely and will not expire.

Each coupon is only valid for one purchase, and multiple coupon codes cannot be stacked on the same purchase. Each code must be used for a separate purchase.

Discounts & Promotions

For a Buy One Get One (BOGO) sale, the refund process is structured to reflect the promotional discount applied across the items:

  • The BOGO discount is typically applied proportionately, with the lowest-priced item receiving the larger share of the discount.
  • If you return one of the items, the refund will be adjusted to the discounted price you received.

So, instead of receiving the full price back, your refund will account for the promotional discount, ensuring that the final refunded amount aligns with the BOGO sale pricing.

Only one discount code can be used per order.

During site-wide sales, additional discount codes will not apply, and items that are already discounted will not be a part of sales such as BOGO.

Flex HSA/FSA Payments

WMP Eyewear has partnered with Flex to allow you to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). This means you can now use your HSA or FSA debit card to purchase prescription eyewear!

To use your HSA or FSA debit card, add products to your cart as usual. At checkout, select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment option, enter your HSA or FSA debit card, and complete your checkout as usual. If you don’t see “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA,” you may be in Shop Pay. Select “checkout as guest” to view more payment options.

HSA/FSA cards are debit cards, and the most common reason for declines is insufficient funds. Reach out to your HSA/FSA administrator to confirm your balance. 

Please check your spam folder, as sometimes emails from [email protected] may be automatically filtered as spam by some email service providers. If you still can’t find it, please email [email protected] and let them know the email address associated with your order. 

Parcel Plus Shipping Protection

Parcel Plus Shipping Protection provides coverage for various shipping issues including lost, damaged, stolen packages, delivered but not received, or even customer input mistakes like incorrect addresses. It ensures your order is protected from porch pirates, delayed deliveries, or return-to-sender situations. You can feel secure knowing your purchase is protected with fast claim resolution!

Parcel Plus Shipping Protection is available on all US and international orders with standard shipping. During checkout, there will be an option for Standard Shipping Plus, which includes the Parcel Plus protection for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
